TWG focuses on three disciplines: Project Management (PM), project management software, and litigation avoidance, generally through informal mediation. Many companies do one or two of these. Few companies do all three.

TWG was formed in 1998 by Frank Walker, P.Eng., PMP. Prior to this, he was the co-founder and president of GTW, based in Seattle, from 1988 to 1998. We support clients from most industries through all the stages of the program or project life cycle. We are adept in all aspects of PM including the management of time, resources, cost, risk, scope, contracts, quality, communication and their integration. Specialties include, team planning, fast-tracking, management by exception using earned value, litigation avoidance and mediation.

Our seminars on PM, Project Management Professional (PMP)^® certification & PM software are in demand, worldwide and we have given classes to more than 10,000 people. We specialize in in-house classes. This allows us to customize the class material specifically for your industry and company.

We are experts in both PM theory and tools. Attempting project management without the new tools is like playing tennis without a racquet. Sadly, you do need the ground strokes as well and we combine both theory and tools in our classes.
