We have
been very successful at avoiding litigation on our own projects because
of our team approach, our commitment to professional project management,
management by exception, early intervention and our win-win partnering
approach.
However, we have been called in to mediate many other project management disputes and as an expert witness in litigation. We have seen first-hand that mediation is generally much superior to litigation or arbitration.
Ideally each
party pays a share of our fee so that we can be totally impartial.
We look for solutions that make each party equally happy or equally
unhappy.

is an increasing amount of litigation based on “who stole
the float”. We can help you to reconstruct schedules, establish
cause and effect, and negotiate and avoid expensive, time-consuming

on our classes and consulting by offering a mentoring program by phone
and email. We feel so strongly about this that we donate a day of
mentoring at the conclusion of each Microsoft Project class to:
